ZDS is actively involved in several international and Slovene projects as the project manager and as a partner. Regularly, we are applying for new projects for foreign and domestic competitions. The projects presented are an important channel of international lobbying and for gaining new knowledge.

CEE-ILM: Social partners for an inclusive labour market

Inclusive labour markets allow and encourage all people of working age to participate in paid work and provide a framework for their development.The European social partners consider an inclusive labour market to be fundamental in terms of fostering economic development and social cohesion. On March 25, 2010 ETUC, BUSINESSEUROPE, UEAPME and CEEP presented their European agreement on inclusive labour markets at the Tripartite Social Summit in Brussels.

Stres na delovnem mestu je vedno bolj pereč problem tako za zaposlene kot delodajalce v Evropski Uniji. Zadnje raziskave (EU-OSHA, Eurofond, IOSHA) kažejo, da je stres drugi največji zdravstveni problem. Stres na delovnem mestu se po raziskavah iz leta v leto povečuje.

In this project we shall examine which legal fields, which legal acts and rules of law focus on that, and which legal acts and rules of law could improve the actual situation in this field if they were adopted or improved.

PPDZ-S, Work related stress

With this project we also wish to develop an instrument in order to determine the psychosocial and medical risk factors at the workplace, which are connected to stress. The purpose of the PPDZ-S project is to create a supporting environment to improve the work processes and conditions in the field of workers' health protection connected to stress at the workplace.

Gear for changes - Get employees aware and ready for changes

The project GEAR FOR CHANGES aim is to encourage enterprises to introduce actions to prevent negative impact of change in terms of health and psycho-social risks on time. Experiences and HW practices focused on programmes for workers/managers experiencing changes in the event of restructuring will be exchanged throuhg transnational expert network.

In order to achieve that objective, we will explore the labour legislation and other legal bases of work payment, as well as different systems of current wage models in Slovenia and foreign countries.
