In order to present and discuss recommendations/starting point for national legislation on employee involvement two workshops were organized in December 2015, namely in Podgorica and in Skopje.

Workshop in Podgovrica, 8 December 2015

Within the WIM2 project, a workshop with a panel discussion was carried out in Podgorica on 8th December 2015. The aim of the workshop was to motivate relevant stakeholders in contemplation on workers’ inclusion in decision making processes. Within the previous events, theoretical aspects were presented to participants, therefore the workshop in regard aimed at taking the debate to the next level: present to the participants practical solutions for inclusion of workers in decision making processes. Examples of good practice were presented, as well as European legal framework in regard to the subject of the project. In addition: outlines of draft “Workers’ participation in management Act” were presented, and first, but valuable responses were provided.

Workshop in Skopje, 10 December 2015

The aim of the workshop was to motivate relevant stakeholders in contemplation on workers’ inclusion in decision making processes and to put workers’ inclusion in decision making processes into relevant context. The workers’ inclusion in decision making process was put into the context of change anticipation and change management.
Within the previous events, theoretical aspects were presented to participants, therefore the workshop in regard aimed at taking the debate to the next level: present them with practical solutions for inclusion of workers in decision making processes. Examples of good practice were presented, as well as European legal framework in regard to the subject of the project. In addition: outlines of draft “Workers’ participation in management Act” were presented, and first, but valuable responses were provided.
The added value was also the fact that participants could connect the change management and related communication challenges through workers’ inclusion in decision making process.
