The workshop was very important for the social partners in the tourism industry who agreed that, although, in the tourism sector social dialogue exists and has largely been developed, there is still room for improvement. Therefore, social partners must be more involved in all aspects of labour market relations. At the end of the event a very interesting discussion was launched where participants exchanged their views and opinions regarding European social dialogue, transfer of experience and results to Montenegro as well as on the ability to create a list of skills that potential employees should gain for a specific job in the field of tourism.
