Project partners met in Prague to discuss the first results of research on restructuring.
On 30 May 2012, project partners met in Prague to discuss the first results of research on restructuring which was carried out in Slovenia, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Project Manager Anže Hiršl explained that the survey analysis sill had many weaknesses (such as language, etc.) and that was only the first draft which would be improved. He continued by presenting the results step by step.
Partners also prepared a plan for the implementation of in-depth interviews (based on the results of the survey) to learn more about the difficulties of companies in managing change and restructuring in a specific case in various branches. Anne Knowles from IOE listed a number of topics of interest to be included in the interviews and pointed out some issues (who to interview, anonymity, etc.). At the end publication/guidelines for employers and social partners were drafted.
