The project GEAR FOR CHANGES aim is to encourage enterprises to introduce actions to prevent negative impact of change in terms of health and psycho-social risks on time. Experiences and HW practices focused on programmes for workers/managers experiencing changes in the event of restructuring will be exchanged throuhg transnational expert network.
The GEAR FOR CHANGES objectives are:
- to raise awareness and promote benefitrs of permanently, on-time and constructive incorporation of individual and organizational health and wellbeing issues in to restructuring process
- to help employers and social partners to prevent and treat the health problems of workers faced with restructuring
- to raise awareness among employers (especially line/middle managers) of stress factors resistance to change and importance of communication prior and during restructuring.
