The Association of Employers of Slovenia was officially accepted into the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), which is organized within the framework of the International Labour Association (ILO), on May 31st, 2004. Through the ILO, the ZDS has taken an active role in forming opinions and points of view in the fields of universal legal, labour and social policies. The ZDS has an even more important role in preparing the international labour and legislative standards, conventions and references issued by the ILO.
